Murder Mystery 2 is a classic Roblox game of mystery, logic, and deduction where my students take on the roles of innocent bystanders, sheriffs, or the sneaky murderer in a quick-paced game of strategy and observation.
While the name sounds intense, the game itself is cartoon-style and non-graphic, making it suitable for older children who enjoy problem-solving and thinking under pressure. As students play, they develop valuable skills such as critical thinking, spatial awareness, and decision-making. Whether identifying patterns, tracking player behaviour, or working together to solve the mystery, there’s plenty of brainpower at work beneath the fun.
Murder Mystery 2 also promotes social learning, as players practise reading cues, adapting to different roles, and communicating within the game’s rules. It’s especially beneficial for building emotional regulation and resilience — winning isn’t guaranteed, and students learn to handle surprises and setbacks in a supportive, playful environment.
A great fit for students who enjoy fast-paced, detective-style games with a mix of logic, strategy, and social interaction.
#1 Your child will need a Roblox account to participate in the Roblox Let’s Play Class. Please set up a Roblox account for your child in advance. To do this, follow the Roblox account set-up guide. It is also recommended to read the safety guide on Roblox.
I highly recommend you read the set-up guide, so you can add my profile and join the BrainySpinach Maths community on Roblox. This will let me send all the Robux your child earns, and know which devices are best to use!
This class is perfect for home-educated children and school pupils aged 13 and up who love Roblox and video games. Younger children are also welcome with their caregiver’s permission. If you have a keen Robloxian at home who’s ready to dive into a unique blend of fun and learning, you’re in the right place!
