Our Policies

Students under the age of 18 must be represented by a parent or legal guardian who gives consent for them to enrol in a class delivered by me. I am not responsible for any dispute between a person under the age of 18 and a parent or guardian.

If a 1:1 session is cancelled by the parent/guardian, regardless of the length of notice given, the full session fee will still apply as it will not be possible to fill the slot that has been given to you regularly each week. However, I will always do my best to reschedule the session that week or in the following weeks whenever possible, just let me know your availability!

If a Class session is cancelled by the parent/guardian, regardless of the length of notice given, the full session fee will still apply as it may not be possible to fill the slot. However, I am always happy to include the student in any other class that week or in the following weeks, of which there are many they can choose from. Just let me know which one works best for you!

If it’s more than 24 hours before the 1:1 session has begun, I’m more than happy to book them into another time slot that is free! If it’s less than 24 hours, I can still book them into another time slot, but I likely won’t get the chance to until afterwards – just let me know when you’re free and I’ll do that as soon as possible.
