Here you can view our business policies. It is important to read these before your child participates in a class. Our policies are outlined below.
If you need to cancel a session for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible. I require a minimum of 24 hours notice before the first session of a class starts, to refund you without incurring a charge.
If you are cancelling less than 24 hours until the start of the first session, then I will only be able to refund 50% of the original price of the course.
If you are late or not able to attend one or more of the sessions, no partial refunds will be given for sessions not attended. Any missed time during the session due to the student’s late arrival will not be made up.
Since all sessions are pre booked with multiple children attending, I will not be able to reschedule due to your child’s absence.
However, if I am having to reschedule then I will do my absolute best to accommodate the entire class at a time and day that best suits them – often simply extending the course by an extra week will do the trick! However, if the new date/time does not work for you, I will be happy to give you a partial refund for the session missed.
