99 Nights in the Forest is a survival and exploration game on Roblox where my students must work together to last up to ninety-nine nights in a mysterious forest. The game combines resource gathering, base building, and teamwork with elements of danger that emerge after dark.
We first start with basic supplies and must collect materials to build fires, craft tools, and create safe camps. As nights pass, strange creatures appear, each requiring different strategies to avoid or outsmart. Alongside survival, we will take on the task of finding and rescuing four missing children, tying exploration to the story.
The game encourages problem-solving and planning, as my students and I must manage resources and protect our camp. When playing with others, my students practise teamwork and communication by sharing tasks and supporting each other. The survival aspect also helps build resilience and patience, while the camp-building features promote creativity and exploration. Finally, facing different in-game threats encourages critical thinking and strategic decision-making.
#1 Your child will need a Roblox account to participate in the Roblox Let’s Play Class. Please set up a Roblox account for your child in advance. To do this, follow the Roblox account set-up guide. It is also recommended to read the safety guide on Roblox.
I highly recommend you read the set-up guide, so you can add my profile and join the BrainySpinach Maths community on Roblox. This will let me send all the Robux your child earns, and know which devices are best to use!
